The Dona Homes design team were issued with a challenge - a challenge to create a home design comprising 3-6 bedrooms which would fit onto a 14-20m wide allotment with a minimum depth of 25m. 

The brief went on to specify that the home was to be:

1. A single storey home, capable of being converted into a double if required without making alterations to the footprint of the design.
2. The indoor/outdoor relationship of the living area had to compliment the home and cater to today's style of living.
3. Bedrooms had to have self-contained amenities with a greater emphasis on the privacy and comfort of the family and guests alike.

The management of Dona Homes would like to congratulate our design team as they have not only more than fulfilled their task, they have also designed 4 second storey options to fit on any of the bottom storey designs.  You now have the option not only to increase or decrease the size of our designs, but also the option to build your home at different stages - adding extra bedrooms or a second storey if required.
